 On the farm, the rare Criollo cocoa variety is grown naturally from the seeds. The white cocoa beans are hand selected, germinated and when they are strong enough, planted on the farm. Instead of grafting, the cocoa grows naturally and the natural diversity is supported. This cocoa is a natural mix of criollo and other varieties. The taste is softer and the effect is stronger, which is nice in a pure drink.
